Welcome to Foster Road Baptist Church of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We are a Southern Baptist church, who proclaims God’s Word and its timeless truth to an ever-changing world. FRBC voluntarily serves cooperatively through the Southern Baptist Convention, the Louisiana Baptist Convention, and the Baptist Association of Greater Baton Rouge. With the belief that God is continuing his work in our community through us, our desire is to share with you the various ways that God is accomplishing this. 

We invite you to join us as we worship God and serve the Lord Jesus by serving others. Our Sunday morning worship services are in a traditional Southern Baptist style with a mixture of hymns and newer Christian works. The congregation dresses in a manner that is comfortable, but respectful of the Lords’ House. Some prefer to wear a suit and tie, others are more casual. So, please come dressed comfortably, but with proper respect for the occasion.

During our Sunday evening worship, we do a progressive-type study. Examples would be a study on prayer, a focused Bible topic, an examination of church doctrine, or an exploration of church history. Our gathering is less formal and more conducive to having greater interaction.
